Scaled Models, Stop Motion Sets and Costume
Stephanie and her team enjoy a mix of fun and interesting projects and are never afraid of a challenge. Past work includes creating scaled architectural models and elements, stop motion animation sets, costumes, props, skeletal articulations, and museum quality replicas.
Models and Sets:
Although small, scaled architectural models and theatrical sets depict high detail from blueprints, director's notes, and artistic renderings. Sculpted plaster and natural elements are hand crafted for each 3D model and carefully layered with more than 12 applications of paint washes. The pieces are then detailed with crafted accents to evoke mood and illustrate the specific artistic vision of each setting.
In the architectural and construction realm, scaled 3D renderings sculpted with exacting detail helps communicate an architect's vision to the general public and to a client. Scaled models are used in long term projects to illustrate a common goal. They are integral in depicting an aesthetic and functional plan, thus fostering connectivity within various departments and justification for fundraising goals.
